The National Nature Park «Pyriatynskyi» was founded in 2009. The territory of park has an area of 12 thousand hectars and is situated in the north-western part of Poltava region.
On the western outskirts of Trostyanets, Sumy region, partly on the territory of Trostyanets City Council (66.6 hectares), partly on Stanivka Village Council (189.4 hectares), there is a park-monument of garden and park art of national importance "Trostyanetsky". The basis of the park is an oak massif of natural origin.
