The monument has the form of a conical granite obelisk in height of 15 meters. The obelisk holds an oak-guelder rose wreath with the inscription: "Fighters for freedom of Ukraine."
National heritage complex.
The memorial sign was installed in 1966 on the site of the shooting of civilians in Buda Khutir.18 June 1943 by the Nazis during the Second World War.
The complex is located in the heart of Kholodny Yar, close to the historical value - the 1000-year-old Oak of Maxim Zaliznyak.
