The boutique bar has volunteered to acquaint the Ukrainians with this tradition. People come here not just to buy, but also enjoy the selection process itself. The chef-barmaid of the house, Iryna Mashykhina, is the winner of the international competitions, and student of Salvatore Calabrese, President of the United Kingdom Bartenders’ Guild. If you, after taking an aperitif, have opened your receptors and feel hungry, the chef Oleksiy Zolnikov will offer you, for example, a warm stew of grilled vegetables, sea bass fillet on a bed of the vegetable Julienne or shrimps in a herb sauce.
The bar’s name is interpreted as “white gold”. So the entire interior is in white colors. Only gilt and colored cocktails in bottles add the brightness to this restrained style.
