The country health and recreation institution "Vognyk" is located in the suburban area of the city of Romny on the bank of the river Romenka.
It is a colorful corner with three hundred year old oak trees in a picturesque forest. The territory of the camp is an area of organized recreation for children since 1961. Currently, the camp "Vognyk" is a structural unit of the education department of the executive committee of the Romny City Council.
