Dniester reservoir (main) (Ukrainian. Dnistrovske water storage) is a reservoir on the Dniester river.
Created in 1981-1987. according to the project of the Ukrhydroproject Institute. The site of the hydroelectric complex of the Dnestrovskaya HPP is located 677.7 km from the mouth of the Dniester River, the catchment area to the site is 40,500 km². The flow rate is 274 m³ / s. The maximum flow for which the hydroelectric complex is designed is 13260 m³ / s.
