House of folk art was created by decision of the city council in 1991 aimed for studying, preservation, enhancement and promotion of the region's folk art. The House of folk art hosts numerous artistic associations "Barvy of Podillya", a literary association "Veselka Dnistrova", historians, design studio of arts "Dyvosvit", national chorus of veterans "Nadvechyria" fancywork club "Mal'va" etc. The museum "Ukrainian Vitinanka" was established in 2013, and ever since hosts,usually, once a 3 year an international festival "Ukrainian Vitinanka".
