Butska HPP is one of the first small hydropower plants in Ukraine and the first rural HPP. This station operated until 1965, although it is written that it actually operated until 1979 or even until 1991. You can see its remains a little downstream, in the middle of the canyon. Also, just above the waterfall behind the bridge, you can see the dam of Butka HPP, where a strong flow of water creates another bonus waterfall.
