The most largest agatein the world, currently displayed in the Berlin Museum, had been found in this crater.
The crater resulted from the collision of a meteorite with a mass of about 40 million tons and a diameter of 230-300 meters of hard rocks of the Ukrainian shield. As a result of the collision formed a crater with a primary diameter of about 7 km. and the depth of 600-800 m. In 1974 there were found diamonds.
