The plumber Uncle Vasya monument in Cherkassy was established in honor of the 90th anniversary of KP "Cherkasyvodokanal" in front of the administration.
As the sculptor Wladyslaw Dymyon describes it, this is a collective image of a plumber that delivers water and works at Vodokanal.
