Estate "Zelenyi Dub" (Green Oak)

The distance to the district centers of Zdolbuniv, Ostroh, Shumsk, Dubno, and Kremenets is 30–40 km. The estate is situated within the Derman-Mostivskyi Landscape Park, offering breathtaking mountain views from its windows.

This park encompasses part of the Little Polissia, the Kremenets Mountains, and the Mizocha Ridge, forming a unique natural area in the flatlands of Ukraine. Its historical development has contributed to the diversity of landscapes as well as the richness of flora and fauna. Besides its natural significance, this region holds great historical and cultural value. It is home to architectural and historical landmarks of national and European importance. Well-known towns and villages such as Ostroh, Dubno, Mizoch, Novomalin, Verkhov, Mezhyrich, Derman, Hurby, Shumsk, and Kremenets preserve traces of the past and the Ukrainian people's national liberation struggle.

For tourists, this region offers a wide range of historical routes, including the popular historical-tourist route: Pochaiv – Kremenets – Mezhyrich – Novomalin – Ostroh – Derman – Hurby – Dubno – Berestechko.
