The project of the provincial architect F. Hagen was executed in the popular pseudo-Russian style in those years and complemented by features of neo-renaissance and oriental motifs. On the territory of the estate was a splendid English park with fountains and a wonderful panorama. M. Miklashevsky was a representative of a noble family, originating from the son of the Grand Prince of Kyiv V. Monomakh Mstislav and the prince of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania Gediminas.

Miklashevsky Manor
The manor was erected in 1853-1916 for M. Miklashevsky – state councilor, leader of the Katerynoslav nobility, whose family owned these lands since 1802.
