It is a stone building surrounding a powerful spring at the foot of a mountain, which forms a stream flowing into the Shondrova (Shmaivka) River. The spring is housed in a small stone hut, and nearby is a lake with a smooth stone bottom scattered with large flat boulders. This place, known as "Pralo," was once used for washing clothes, and the stones have been smoothed over centuries of use.
