Church of St. Peter and Paul

The church, built in the times of Bogdan Khmelnitsky, was of great strategic importance and was one of the defenses of Chigirin.

The church was brick, almost square, with a triangular pediment, high roof, one complete tower with a cross. Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul and his authentic remains of the Middle Ages, restored in 2007, along with the remains of the church of XVII century. Near the church there is a monument to Metropolitan Joseph Nelyubovych-Tukalskiy who was in the 70's years of XVII century was the priest of the church.
