Multipurpose recreation park in Cherkasy, one of the favorite places of residents and visitors of the city.
Peremohy Park is located in South-Western part of the city. It was opened in 1975.
Since the time from the establishment of the park he acquired the necessary features of a city park. The versatility of the park is shown in its constituent parts:
landscape - crisp alleys of specially planted trees and bushes, on which the constant supervision is done;
memorial - on its territory there are monuments to fallen soldiers, pedestalswith gun and a plane SU-7BKL in honor of Cherkasy liberators from Nazi occupation;
entertainment - there are attractions and Cherkasy zoo, one of the best in Ukraine, which collects animals, both local and exotic fauna and also a young naturalists station.
This charming park with lakes, landscape area, shady walkways, cascading ponds and fountains. For the youngest visitors there equipped playgrounds, attractions and a glade of fairy tales.
