The museum was established in 1929 on O.O. Krivitsky initiative with support of local population. Today exhibition consists of the following sections "Nature and archaeological findings in mohyliv area" "Military history of our country from XVI to mid XX century." Polil's ethnography." The exhibition hole represents various collections. Groups of archaeological monuments, coins and weapons are of particular interest among visiters.
