0 3 0

The Museum of Roman Kumlyk is placed in its own two-storied house. The exhibition holds two small rooms. Materials were collected during 30 years – these are everyday objects, ancient Hutsul clothes, tools, banknotes of different times and much more introducing an idea about the Hutsul life.

A collection of musical instruments worth special attention includes: violin, dulcimer, goat, drymby, trembita, horns and others. The visitors learn about the everyday life of hutsuls, their wedding ceremony and features of family life, the forest trade and rafting "darab" (work of rafters), etc. in the museum. Each excursion is improvised, so visiting the museum even several times tourists will hear many new and interesting things about the Hutsul life, their severe weekdays and colorful holidays, sharp humor and original art.
