The first Ukrainian museum in Galicia, founded in 1926.

About the place

One of the oldest and most famous museums in Ukraine, whose collection has more than 50,000 exhibits from the period of Trypillia culture to the present day.

It is the only Ukrainian museum listed in the Royal Encyclopedia of Great Britain as a museum of world masterpieces.

Clothing, furniture, tapestries, jewelry, weapons, utensils. Here, like nowhere else, you can feel and absorb the color and mood of Western Ukraine.
