The building’s style—sophisticated Neoclassicism—was not the most popular at the time, yet it blended harmoniously with the architectural trends of historicism.
Kornytskyi spared no expense on the palace’s construction, investing a substantial sum of 69,000 rubles. As a result, the structure turned out to be luxurious, adorned with refined architectural details that emphasized the status of its owner. Today, this building remains one of the few well-preserved examples of Neoclassicism in the region.
