Krasnozhon and the architect M. Makhonko.They were able to accurately depict not only the features of Taras, but also his mental state. Sadness cloud his face, heavy thoughts cloud his eyes.
The monument to Shevchenko in Sumy impresses with its grandeur and monumentality. It is a 2.5 m high bronze figure of Kobzar, mounted on a stepped 4-meter granite pedestal.
