It has a vast territory, a total area of 2527 hectares, within Tuvriv and Nemuriv area of Vinnytsia region along the Pivdennyi Buh river. Incredibly rich nature park is formed of taiga, steppe flora, broadleaves forests and rare endemic and relict species. Main decoration of the park - is Pivdennyi Buh river and its rapids, acting on places of crystalline rocks of the Ukrainian shield, forming cascades of 3-5 individual parts and extend to a distance of several kilometers, and some granite drifts rise above the surface of the water up to 1.5 m.
