For the most curious, there are special binoculars, with a help of them you can see what is happening on the opposite side of the Dnieper. And recently the original monument called "Director. Observer" was erected here. Everyone can sit on the operator's seat and look at the viewfinder's eye, and feel like Quentin Tarantino or Luc Besson.
From here, the helicopter platform is also well visible, located on the territory of the concert hall Parkovyi. This place is also called a heliport, which, incidentally, is designed for heavy helicopters weighing up to 13 tons, in particular Mi-8. It can also be used by all emergency services, Kyiv residents and guests of the capital – are welcome to order a private flight. In addition, the heliport can serve as a place for reception of official delegations.
Not far from the observation deck, next to the Mariinsky Palace, there is a building of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Constitution square.
