Reliable historical documents related to the sources that fill with water three wells were not found, but there are many legends and traditions. According to one legend, the wells dug by order of Bohdan Khmelnytskiy in honor of the fallen in battles Cossacks. According to another legend, three Cossacks dug those wells on the spot of a healing stream - by its waters a local elder man healed the wounded. Here, according to tradition, there was a military hospital. Local residents have a belief that if a girl drunk out of three wells in a row - not later than in three days she would find her destiny.
