The miraculous image of the Blessed Virgin of Ozerianska was found in the XVII century near the village of Ozeryany. Near the place of the wonderful appearance of the image, a church was soon built, and a source appeared on the holy place. The present chapel with a bath is reproduced on the site of the Ozeriansky monastery closed at the end of the XVIII century.
