During its existence the theater was located in different buildings, now it is located in a specially constructed building (the construction was completed in 2005) in the very center of Kiev.
The theater building has the image of a fairy palace both externally and in the interior, in addition to the territory adjoining to the building, it is also decorated as a real children's fairy-tale town (sculptures of fairy tales, fountains, benches for rest, flowerbeds, etc.).
The theater has two halls for performances of 300 and 110 seats, a children's cafe for 70 persons. All spectator and stage rooms are equipped with modern technical level.
