Trout, Bread and Wine

Pstruh is an old Carpathian name of the trout, which the restaurant prepares. Here in their own oven is baked bread served with various “brushes”, and the fish is cooked on the grill according to old recipes. At the restaurant, guests can try such dishes as trout with spinach and mozzarella, salad with figs and sun-dried tomatoes, chicken salad with cheese sauce, chicken with caramelized apples under chocolate, pork ribs with honey-mustard sauce. In addition, every day the restaurant offers a new soup of the day.

The restaurant “Pstruh, Hlib ta Vyno” is decorated with a huge clock – symbol of the Town Hall. Here is the creative design of the interior, which resembles an old watchmaker’s shop. The summer terrace has many tables, in the evening candles are lit and pleasant music is played.
