The main direction is meat and wine. Here you can try steak of marble Black Angus beef, filet mignon, Rib Eye steak, asparagus wrapped in bacon, grilled scallops, salad with jamon, feta and cherry tomatoes. The café also offers complex breakfasts, wine tastings are held. The Shade’s wine list features more than 80 varieties of wine.
The basement type room and lack of sunlight in many ways defined the character of the institution. So the Shade’s interior literally consists of half-tints. Light spots snatch dining tables from the semidarkness.A private VIP-room with a round table and chandelier made out of 2,400 wine corks is designed for 6-8 guests.
