Café L’Etage

Café L'Etage is a joint project of the design studios Loft Buro and Kleydesign. It embodies the principle of zoning: the hall of the restaurant is separated from the bar by a partition made of metal and glass. Sofas here are called “generals”. The main element of the décor in the Café L'Etage is the natural greenery that gives the impression of a greenhouse somewhere in France... And finally, the cuisine! Here are served spring rolls, pastas, burgers, tapas. The chef focuses on sauces, for preparing of which he uses the Swiss technology PacoJet. With its help, products are mixed into a chilled puree, without losing the natural taste. Vegetarians here are offered, for example, carrot fritters with mint-pea purée, polenta with cocoa and roasted mushrooms.
