Marlin is a character of Ernest Hemingway’s story The Old Man and the Sea, the marvel fish that can reach speed of over 80 kilometers per hour. The fish in the restaurant are everywhere – from the menu to the décor. Kitchen here is open, so visitors will not only be able to choose their fish, but also to see how it is cooked.
The main menu focuses on Mediterranean cuisine: homemade pasta, salads to any taste, trout and sterlet, and, of course, marlin from which flesh they will prepare a grilled steak, as well as burgers, carpaccio and even cabbage rolls. There is also a sushi bar here.
The interior is decorated with model ships and 3D pictures of the undersea world on the walls.
