The institution has traditional Ukrainian cuisine (pork fat, nourishing vegetable soup, curd or fruit dumplings, dumplings with sour cream, potato pancakes, stuffed cabbage rolls), as well as specialties prepared on the Old Slavonic stove (roasted suckling pig, lamb with porridge, crucian carps). Guests can enjoy a house khrinovukha (horse-radish liqueur).
The architecture is stylized as a farm with daub and wattle huts under thatched roofs. In front of the restaurant are a renovated machine-gun cart and the monument to Nestor Makhno.
The “Guliay Pole“ has three halls: “White,“ “Red“, and “Front Room.“ The interior includes a lot of vintage authentic items of rural life. The waiters are dressed in the style of uniforms of the Makhno army.
In the restaurant a themed background music is played, there is karaoke.
