They tell about the history of the Ukrainian and Kyiv fortifications from the times of Trypillia culture till the present days, and about using the structures of the Kyiv fortress, in particular, as guard –rooms. On display are unique archaeological findings of the Trypillia culture, models of fortifications of the Kyiv fortress, all kinds of arms, outfits and items of everyday life, unique signets of the division named after Nestor Makhno (Ukrainian anarchist insurgent leader), and of the Ukrainian People’s Republic.
