Here you may try soups, cold and hot appetizers, meat and fish dishes, all kinds of salads. For example, a classic salad “Olivier” with caviar, dishes from meat of pigeon, smoked venison, hare, pheasant, wild boar and guinea fowl, as well as the Far-Eastern Kamchatka crabs. For guests of the restaurant, in a special showcase are presented exclusive handmade sweetmeats, marmalade and cakes.

The Sauvage interior is made in the traditions of the French chalet: natural rugs and skins on the floor, plenty of forged items, trophies and stuffed animals on the walls, original leather furniture. The main materials used in the design of the restaurant are stone and wood.
