Shvili Shvili is translated from Georgian as "grandson", and this name is not accidental. The fact is that the founder of the bar has Georgian roots. But not everything is so simple, he met his grandfather 20 years later! Imagine, before that, the grandson did not know that his grandfather was a purebred Georgian. Then they met several times in Tbilisi and enjoyed wines and cheeses. The grandson was so conquered by the taste of food and hospitality of the Georgian people that he certainly wanted to share it with others. So the idea came to create a wine bar here, in Kharkov.
