House of the artist, in the past - the mansion of the English consul Charles Blackie (architect V.G. Gaush, 1910). Until 1934, the building, reminiscent of an English country cottage, was a hotel for foreigners, then a hostel. Today, art exhibitions are held here, which is facilitated by the interiors of the building, made using carved wood, decorative plastic, colorful fireplaces in the spirit of Northern Art Nouveau.
